| RFP SYNOPSIS |
It is the intention of The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia ("AHA") to enter into a hybrid contract consisting of fixed fee components and indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity ("IDIQ") components with one (1) qualified Respondent to provide an integrated application software suite. AHA is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents who are application software vendors serving the real estate and affordable housing sectors.
Interested Respondents must have a proven track record and experience in providing Enterprise Resource Planning systems and provide expert assistance in implementing the selected software for real estate firms and/or housing authorities of similar size and structure. AHA is specifically interested in implementing a single application suite from one Respondent to cover as many of its needs as possible.

The intial contract term shall be for four (4) years from the Contract Execution Date with an option to renew for three (3) two-year option terms. |
