| RFP SYNOPSIS |
It is the intent of The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (AHA) to enter into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract with one (1) qualified firm to provide grounds maintenance services at various AHA properties. The successful Contractor shall provide all required services and supplies to include all labor, tools, materials, equipment, chemicals, debris-waste removal/disposal, transportation and supervison in accordance with the contract requirements. |
CONTRACT
PERIOD |
The initial Contract term shall be for three (3) years from the Contract Execution Date with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. |
