RENT ESTIMATE REQUEST
FOR SINGLE FAMILY UNITS

Instructions: Rent Estimates may only be requested for single family units, duplexes, triplexes, quadruplexes, and individually owned condominiums and townhomes that are not currently under contract with AHA. If you would like to submit a request for a rental increase, please complete our normal process by submitting a Request for Tenancy Approval Renewal Form, which is located on the Landlord Portal. Once you have completed this form, please press the submit button at the bottom. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your estimate (subject to demand). This estimate is valid for up to 90 days.

Major Systems Upgrades (If Applicable)

AHA considers upgrades to major systems when determining the rent. Please indicate below which upgrade you would like for us to consider by checking the applicable box(es) for any claimed major system upgrades. Each claimed upgrade must meet the criteria as defined below. Please note that supporting documentation is not required to receive a rent estimate but this documenation will be required once a Request for Tenancy Approval (application) is submitted for your unit.   • Exterior condenser
  • Duct work

  • Owner Supplied Receipts showing that upgrade was made within the last 5 years
  • AHA Inspector Verification
Electrical System
New/like new or completely rehabilitated panel, breakers and wiring. If rehabilitated, appears to be updated to current electrical code.

All of the following items must be present to qualify:

  • Sufficient service amperage for the size of the home.
  • New breakers and Panel
  • Grounded wiring system
  • Required GFCI
  • An electrical building permit inspection sign off
  • Owner Supplied Receipts showing that upgrade was made within the last 5 years
  • AHA Inspector Verification
