Atlanta Housing is proud to present the End-of-Year Report 2020, which provides a summarized look into our work and achievements from this historic year.

Last year challenged our world and impacted us all in various ways. Yet, according to a Pew Research Center study, low-income earners suffered the harshest economic impact from the pandemic. Amid this global crisis, the troubling year only further magnified the importance of the work we do to serve the city’s vulnerable population.

With our President and CEO Eugene Jones, Jr., leading the way, this 2020 End-Of-Year report highlights our organization’s efforts to serve Atlanta’s low-income population, including:

• Expanded housing opportunities with nearly 1,000 more units
• Construction on new affordable housing communities
• Virtual, contactless inspections
• Aid to 100 individuals experiencing homelessness and those most at risk for the impact of COVID-19

AH invites you to view these highlights along with other notable moments in the End-of-Year Report 2020, which demonstrates our mission to provide quality affordable housing to the underserved and to empower families with valuable resources so that they can thrive.
