Bond Program

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Atlanta Housing’s New Housing Development and Preservation Financing Bond Program.

If you are considering Atlanta for the development and preservation of affordable and mixed-income housing, or the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing properties, please review the application requirements below. Please note this is not an open application. Only those development partners who have been pre-qualified through our RFP solicitation 2026-0009 "Essential Function Bond Development Partners" are eligible to submit a project proposal for bond funding.

To apply please:

• Submit the application packet with all required attachments.
• Include the non-refundable $5,000 application fee, payable to Atlanta Housing. Please note that an application will not be considered complete or accepted without the fee.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to schedule a preliminary conference with an Atlanta Housing representative before submitting an application. This provides an opportunity to discuss the proposed development and Atlanta Housing’s requirements and can help support a smoother application process.

Following submission, Atlanta Housing will notify you  and confirm whether the application packet is complete – or identify any additional requirements – within 7 business days from receipt.
