PROGRAM PARTICIPANT FILES
I want to request a copy of my Atlanta Housing file.
An AH Program Current/Former Participant may request a copy of his/her program file. The person must be the current head of household or, if a former participant, the person must have been the latest head of household at the time of termination from the program.
Open Records
I want to submit an Open Records Act Request.
The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA §50-18-70 et seq.) provides that all public records, with the exception of those exempted from disclosure by court order or law, shall be open for personal inspection and copying. Atlanta Housing adheres to the code and makes non-exempt records available upon request.
Archives Collection
I want to request a copy of an item that is contained in the Atlanta Housing Archives Collection or an item that is considered an archive.
The mission of the Archives is to preserve and provide permanent and historical materials that will assist in the operations of AH; to promote knowledge, research and understanding of the origins, functions, programs and goals of AH; and to collect archival materials that tell the story of AH.
