Open Records Request Form
The Official Code of Georgia Annotated (OCGA §50-18-70 et seq.) provides that all public records, with the exception of those exempted from disclosure by court order or law, shall be open for personal inspection and copying. Atlanta Housing adheres to the code and makes non-exempt records available upon request.
To make a request, please complete the online form below, providing as much detail as possible. A response will be provided within three business days.
Also, please be aware that Georgia law allows us to collect a reasonable charge for the research, retrieval, redaction, review, and other direct administrative costs for complying with a request. O.C.G.A § 50‐18‐70 (c)(1). The first quarter hour (15 minutes) of administrative time is provided at no charge. You will be notified of the total costs associated with your request prior to the production of documents. Please Note: In some instances, the requestor's agreement to pay costs or prepayment of costs may be required prior to the agency's research, retrieval, redaction, review, or production of the requested records.
